Center Glass Soldering Bonding Assembly Fixture

This particular machine solders buttons and bonds a carrier to a center glass window of the DT Rear Slider Assembly. There are 2 stations on the fixture that operate on a rotary cylinder. The front of the fixture is where the solder buttons and carriers are applied. The rear of the fixture is the UV curing station to cure the glue for the carrier. We also incorporated priming and burnishing stations to extend off the side of the fixture like arms, which could be positioned according to the operator’s comfort.
