Our History
These are the milestones that brought us here:
1996 – Hil-Man Automation was started by Rick Mannes as PC Systems
2003 – Acquired Regent Machine. Moved to the old Chris Craft building in Holland, MI
2003 – Regent Machine and PC Systems were combined and renamed Hil-Man Automation
2011 – Moved to the current location at 260 Roosevelt in Zeeland with 8 employees
2018 – Rick sold the business to co-owner / Former Employee, Tim Boeve, the current owner
2019 – Launched Precision Dispense Technologies (PDT) to support customers’ needs
2020 – Expanding our knowledge and skill, evolving with the needs of customers, and preparing for a bright future
2023 – We have overcome the adversity of the last few years, which has made us stronger – and our future brighter! We are now 27 strong with more years of experience!

About PDT / Precision Dispense Technologies
Precision Dispense Technologies (PDT) partners with manufacturers and integrators around the world to provide dispensing equipment, solutions for robotic, and manual applications of adhesives and primers. Our full line of meter mix and dispensing products accommodate both one and two part dispensing, can be configured for many different applications, such as potting and encapsulation, bonding and sealing, molding and more. Our engineers work with customers to design complete systems according to their exact volume and pressure requirements to ensure accuracy and repeatability.Â
