We offer full-service refurbishing of our dispensing systems, guns, and pumps. Refurbishing your current systems or components can give them new life and save you from having to buy expensive replacements. Guns and pumps coming in to be rebuilt will be disassembled and inspected to make sure there is no significant damage. The individual parts will then be cleaned and rebuilt with all of the necessary components to get them back in working order. All rebuilt dispense guns and pumps are tested to make sure they meet the same standards as when they originally left our facility.

With this 3-sided end of arm tool (EAOT), one robot can pick and place 4 pieces of glass along with 4 sets of bezels and locating pins into your mold machine, pick up more parts while it works, and then pull the assembled automotive glass out of the mold and move it to a conveyor.
