Manual Door Glass Bonding Assembly Fixture

PRIMING, ASSEMBLY

The manual door glass assembly fixture is capable of running a variety of clips and door glass styles. A single operator loads the clips on the left side where a dispense nozzle produces a measured shot of urethane. The operator then moves the clips to the fixture on the right and loads the glass on top. Cycle time is dependent upon shot size and operator, but we have run glass at a 25 second cycle.
