Controls Assembler - Immediate Opening!

We are an established and steadily growing automation and specialty machine company looking to fill a Controls Assembler position. We are looking for a talented individual to help us continue to grow. Role and Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

• Build custom control panels
• Interpret electric and fluid power schematics
• Collaborate with machine builders, controls engineers, and mechanical engineers to create the best solution to unique customer challenges.
• Assemble equipment according to approved design and customer specifications
• Ensure that changes and problems are documented and relayed and serves as a team member
• Communicate with Project Manager regarding open issues and progress during build process
• Assist with successful execution of assigned programs as they relate to cost, quality, timing, and customer satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work area
• Focus on quality of output
• Effectively and safely troubleshoot wiring and circuits, wire according to NEC, and read/understand schematics
• Has own comprehensive tools for efficiency.
• Eagerness to take on challenges & work through adversity is a must.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent certificate
• Five (5) years' electrical experience preferably with equipment building
• Proficiency in wiring complex mechanical components
• Team player, able to take direction and be self-directed
• High regard for safety standards with organizational skills
• Varied electrical experience.
• Mechanical aptitude. Hands on experience.
• Travel for install and runoffs with customer (minimal)

Welder/Fabricator - Immediate Opening

Experience level: mid- level

Education required: High School diploma/ further training or experience

Travel Required: Very minimal
We are an established and steadily growing automation and specialty machine company looking to fill a welder fabricator position. We are looking for a talented individual to help us continue to grow. We offer a competitive wage, substantial benefit package, steady flow of work, and an innovative shop environment where we wear many different hats. This is a first shift position. We have nearly new top of the line Miller mig and tig welders and brand new Weldsale tables. This is a first shift position.

Job Duties Include:

- Cutting stock
- Welding / Fabrication
- MIG / TIG of mild steel, stainless and aluminum
- Deburring
- Grinding
- Painting
- Cleaning / maintenance of the fabrication and paint areas
- Able to read blueprints

Electrician for Machine Wiring and Panel Building

HIL-MAN AUTOMATION, LLC is seeking a person with at least 2-3 years of experience with electrical panel building and machine wiring. The qualified candidate will also be able to read mechanical blueprints and electrical schematics.
